• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is mandatory. 
  • Students must be graduated from their Bachelor with at least a 2.30/4.00 GPA.
  • Students who will take flight training must meet the conditions stipulated in the applications for the student pilot license specified in the 16th and 17th Articles of the "Pilot License Regulation (SHY-1)" published in the Official Gazette dated 02.06.2017 and numbered 30084. Students must have a valid 1st class health certificate issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) or aviation medical centers authorized by DGCA, and the health certificate must not contain any restrictions that prevent them from flying as a pilot-in-command in single-pilot certified aircraft. Within the framework of the Pilot License Regulation (SHY-1), the student is responsible for all issues that may arise due to the student becoming unfit to be a pilot during the education period. Within the framework of the Pilot License Regulation (SHY-1), if the student is unfit to be a pilot as a result of the medical examination, he will not be registered in the relevant department.
  • The students who will take flight training, for crimes included in the Anti-Terror Law No. 3713 dated 12/4/1991, the repealed Turkish Penal Code No. 765 dated 1/3/1926, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 dated 26/9/2004 or pursuant to other laws, simple or qualified crimes such as embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of faith, fraudulent bankruptcy, and smuggling crimes other than exploitation and consumption smuggling, rigging in official tenders and purchases, money laundering or Crimes against the personality of the state, revealing state secrets, crimes against the sovereignty of the state and the dignity of its organs, crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, crimes against national defense, crimes against state secrets and espionage, relations with foreign states from the offenses against transportation and transportation, which is included in article 384 of the repealed Turkish Penal Code not to have been convicted of crimes against means of communication and the kidnapping or detention of transportation vehicles in Article 223 of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, or violating the Law on Firearms, Knives and Other Tools No. 6136 of 10/7/1953, and to be taken from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office showing that to give the archive-registered Criminal Record Document to DGCA.
  • Those who do not have a private pilot license among the students who apply to the program will be subjected to the scientific preparation program. In this program, they will take the theoretical courses of the private pilot license and if they are successful in all the courses, they will start the non-thesis master's program.

Students who want to take the flight training course are required to attend the courses specified in table above in accordance with the requirements specified in the Education and Examination Regulations of the Faculty of Air Transportation, Department of Flight Training.
